VIDEO: A look at long-term effects of cervical artificial disc replacement on radiographic adjacent degeneration

LAS VEGAS — At the International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery Annual Meeting, Jeffrey M. Spivak, MD, spoke about the effect of cervical artificial disc replacement on radiographic adjacent level degeneration. Patients with higher mobility had less overall radiographic degeneration progression compared with patients with stiffer discs, he said.
