When an earthquake struck Haiti in 2010, killing hundreds of thousands and affecting the lives of millions more, Ryan Spill, CP, of R.J. Rosenberg Orthopedic Lab, wanted to get involved by helping in some way.

He wrote to various charity organizations, seeking to put his skills to work for patients with O&P needs. However, the response was always the same: “Thank you, but we have enough volunteers.”
