The Patellofemoral Foundation recently announced Eric Dahlinger has accepted the foundation’s offer to become its executive director.
A founding board member from the time the organization was established in 2002, Dahlinger has held the role of secretary for the majority of his tenure. His duties, which began May 1, include completing and maintaining the foundation’s website, enhancing foundation fundraising efforts and community outreach projects.
Although Dahlinger will relinquish his role as a board member as a result of his new position, he will retain the title of board member emeritus, according to a press release.
“Eric has been a valuable partner to our success over the past 13 years, and we look forward to his important and ongoing role as the executive director for the Patellofemoral Foundation,” John P. Fulkerson, MD, president of the Patellofemoral Foundation’s board of directors, said in the release. “His success in business, his creativity and ability to build relationships will continue to prove valuable as we collectively work to meet the foundation’s important goals.”
