The article “Material Analysis of Spontaneously Subluxated Iris-Fixated Phakic Intraocular Lenses” by Tandogan et al., which was published in the September 2016 issue of the Journal of Refractive Surgery (volume 32, number 9, pp. 618–624), has been amended to include a factual correction. An error was identified subsequent to its original printing. On page 662, Figure 5 was printed incorrectly. The correct figure appears below. This error was acknowledged on page 170, volume 33, issue 3. The online article and its erratum are considered the version of record.

(A) A significant horizontal gap (arrow) between the fixation arms of one haptic of IOL 4 may have contributed to the subluxation of this lens. (B) The other haptic showed little sign of material deformation (arrow).
