DESTIN, Fla. — At the Congress of Clinical Rheumatology Annual Meeting, Aryeh Fischer, MD, spoke about interstitial lung disease in connective tissue disease.

It is also important to recognize different patterns, natural history, progressiveness, pace and response to treatment. Rheumatologists need to be more sophisticated in the recognition of the diverse spectrum of ILD, he said.
