Rev360 has launched a patient engagement service directly into its electronic health records software platform, according to a press release distributed at Vision Expo West.

The new service, RevConnect, makes patient communication easier and allows physicians to manage patient reminders, recalls and other messages via text and email as part of their RevolutionEHR platform.

“We’re thrilled to provide RevolutionEHR customers the simplicity of one software platform that delivers additional business services to run their practice,” Scott Jens, OD, CEO of Rev360, said in the release. “RevConnect provides RevolutionEHR practices a way to enhance and simplify the patient engagement process by freeing up staff, adding efficiency and increasing patient return visits so doctors can generate more revenue.”
