WAILEA, Hawaii — When a patient presents with ptosis, the ophthalmologist must first evaluate whether it is brow ptosis, blepharoptosis, dermatochalasis or fat prolapse, before deciding on a management strategy. Femida Kherani, MD, FRCSC, explained how to evaluate and manage ptosis in her presentation at Hawaiian Eye 2018.
