Edits/Additions: Use this link if you are ALREADY registered for the meeting and want to register for additional events that require pre-registration (such as wet labs and dinner programs). You may also use this link to make changes to your current selections. You will need your ORDER NUMBER from your meeting confirmation email for both actions.

Meeting Registration: This fee includes all program sessions (general sessions, meal programs and exhibit hall breaks) and all program materials (program book, meeting app, etc.).
Wet Labs: Optional add-on courses; some require an additional fee. Pre-registration is mandatory and seating is limited.
Early-bird/Pre-registration Discount: Applied automatically based on the registration deadlines.
Priority Code Discount: Enter in the priority code field, tap apply, discount will be reflected in your order total.
Wet Lab Change Policy: You may modify your wet lab courses through November 1, 2018. At the time of modification, you will be charged immediately for any additional courses; however, all cancellations/refunds will not be processed until November 15, 2018.
Meeting/Wet Lab Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@contactAMS.com by January 22, 2019. There will be a service charge retained for all cancellation requests, including meeting registration ($200 for physicians and $50 for all other categories) and wet lab registration ($6 fee per paid cancelled wet lab). Requests received after this date will be ineligible for refunds.
