SESSION DESCRIPTIONS

General Sessions
The first day and a half of this meeting will focus on subspecialty updates. Every attendee is welcome to participate and gain new information on oculoplastics, neuro-ophthalmology, ocular oncology, uveitis, cornea, refractive, glaucoma and retina.

The program will officially begin on Thursday afternoon. More than 50 faculty members will help us dive deeper into the cataract surgery world – offering perspective on new data, application pearls and honest insight on our thought process and decision-making...we truly “tell it like it is.”

Seminars
Don’t miss these opportunities to engage faculty and colleagues in small group settings. Speakers will deliver didactic presentations on a hot topic and then take questions from the audience.

Exhibits
Discover the hottest updates from industry representatives on instruments, equipment, technology and services. Refreshments will be available during some of the breaks.

Wet Labs
Wet labs offer unique opportunities to engage in one-on-one discussions with expert instructors. Choose from a variety of courses, so you can customize your education to best meet your objectives. All of these courses are designed to help raise your skills and outcomes. Some wet labs require an additional fee and online registration will open a few weeks prior to the meeting dates.

This educational event is not approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Faculty, topics, program schedule and credit hours are subject to change. Audiotaping or videotaping is prohibited without written permission from the program director and Healio LIVE.

Although there are industry sponsors for physician presentations during general sessions, industry DOES NOT influence the choice of faculty, topics or content (with the exception of the "New Technology" session on Thursday afternoon). By contrast, for the breakfast/lunch/dinner programs the sponsoring company DOES select the faculty, topics and/or content for these sessions only.
