Registration is unopposed and includes breakfast seminars, general sessions, exhibit hall breaks, lunch seminars and all program materials (program notebook, meeting app, etc.)

What is the cancellation policy?
Requests for refunds must be submitted writing to registration@HealioLIVE.com by December 23, 2020 There will be a service charge retained for all refund requests - $200 for physicians and $100 for all other categories. Requests received after this date will be ineligible for refunds. Contact Meeting Registration at 856-848-1712 ext. 219 or ext. 476 for credit card refunds.
Who should I contact for a formal letter of invitation to participate or an international visa application?

If I already registered and cannot attend, can I apply it to the next year?
Yes, you can roll your registration fee over to the next year, up to 2 years in a row. You will however, be responsible for the increase for registration fees.
Can I change my registration to someone else’s name?
Yes, you can switch your registration over to someone else. If you switch and use the same credit card it is free. If you swap and need to pay with a new card it’s a $20 fee.

Do I have to be registered to book a hotel room?
You must register before you can reserve a hotel room under the meeting room block. Our room block will open on April 15 and often sells out in late summer. Reduced rates are available at the Grand Wailea Maui. Room rates listed are exclusive of taxes and fees.

What meals will be served at the meeting?
There will be a breakfast seminar Sunday through Thursday; a lunch seminar Sunday through Wednesday; and Exhibit Hall refreshment breaks Sunday through Thursday.
How do I claim credit for the meeting?
Participants must complete an online evaluation to receive a certificate documenting credits earned for attending sessions.
Instructions for 2020 meeting attendees:
Online evaluations will be accessible for this meeting from January 16, 2020 to February 16, 2020.
To retrieve a copy of your certificate:
Enter your username and password found on your name badge.
Complete the Demographic, Session Evaluation, Overall Evaluation sections. Claim credit(s) and retrieve your certificate.
Should you encounter an issue, please visit the registration desk during the meeting or email evals@HealioLIVE.com post-meeting.
