Registration Fees

Registration includes all program sessions (breakfast, brunch and lunch programs; general sessions; exhibit hall breaks; and reception) and all program materials (program book, meeting app, etc.).

Registration Refunds: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by September 21, 2018. There will be a $200 service charge retained for physician refund requests and $100 for all other registration categories. Requests received after this date will be ineligible for refunds.

Room Reservations: Special discounted room rates at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel are available exclusively for meeting attendees. Meeting registration alone does not guarantee hotel availability. We recommend you make your reservation as early as possible, as space is limited and fills up quickly.
