Registration Rates and Deadlines

Meeting Registration: Registration includes all program sessions (breakfasts, general sessions, exhibit hall breaks and reception) and all program materials (program book, meeting app, etc.).
Early-bird/Pre-registration Discount: Applied automatically based on the registration deadlines.
Priority Code Discount: Enter in the priority code field, tap apply, discount will be reflected in your order total.
Registration Refunds: Requests for refunds must be submitted writing to registration@HealioLIVE.com by May 15, 2020. There will be a service charge retained for all refund requests - $200 for physicians and $100 for all other categories. Requests received after this date will be ineligible for refunds.
