  1. Search for "Healio LIVE" in your app store (if the Healio LIVE app opens automatically, tap the three lines and switch event to view the event list)
  2. Tap event name "IDC New York 2019 Meeting"
  3. Tap download button and enter event code "IDCNY19" (case sensitive)

COMPATABILITY

Devices: iPad 1, iPhone 4s, iPod Touch 4th generation and older Apple devices are not supported. Our apps can only be downloaded on Android devices that have access to the Google Play Store. Kindle Fire and other devices that use the Amazon App Store are not supported.

Mobile Operating Systems: iOS 11 and higher or Android 7.0 and higher.

Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 11, and Edge.

How do I view speaker presentations? (available week of 11/18)

Speaker presentations can be found through the following steps:

  1. Tap "Program"
  2. Tap individual talk
  3. Look for the "Documents" section at the bottom of this page and tap "Click here to view presentation" for PDF to open
    Note: Presentations will start to post the week of the meeting for CME Sessions

Submit a question the podium

  1. Tap "Program" and then "Schedule by Day"
  2. Select day; select session; select individual talk
  3. Tap this blue text
    "Tap here to submit a question to the podium"
  4. Type in your name and tap the check mark
  5. Tap the speech bubble
  6. Click the (+) to add your question and tap the arrow to submit

Do I have to log in? What does it do?

No – you can access all meeting information without creating an account; however, doing so will offer you additional features such as:

  1. Message fellow attendees
  2. Share contact information with attendees or exhibitors
  3. Take/save notes
  4. Take/share photos
  5. Access event information on your other devices

How do I log in if I want to?

Follow these instructions to create a profile:

  1. Within the app, tap horizontal lines on top left and “log in for more features”
  2. Enter information as requested and a 4-digit code will be sent to your email (must be able to access email account on device being used)
  3. Access the code and input within the mobile app
  4. You'll be logged in successfully with a welcome message
