Participants must complete an online evaluation to receive a CME or CNE Certificate documenting credits earned for attending sessions.

You will receive details onsite at the meeting containing the URL, your log in, and the timeframe for submitting evaluations.

    Online evaluations will only be accessible for this meeting from November 18, 2017 to December 18, 2017.
  2. Enter your username and password found on your name badge
  3. Complete the “Demographic” section
  4. Complete the “Session Evaluation” section
  5. Complete the “Overall Evaluation” section
  6. Claim credit and retrieve your certificate
