Registration Fees

Registration includes all program sessions (breakfasts, general sessions, lunches and the meet the faculty reception) and all program materials (program book, meeting app, etc.).

Make sure you enter/mention a priority code to receive the lowest rates:

Registration Refunds: Requests for refunds must be submitted writing to by March 7, 2019. There will be a service charge retained for all refund requests - $100 for physicians and $75 for all other categories. Requests received after this date will be ineligible for refunds.

Room Reservations: Special discounted room rates at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel are available exclusively for meeting attendees. Meeting registration alone does not guarantee hotel availability. We recommend you make your reservation as early as possible, as space is limited and fills up quickly.
