Cataract Surgery: Telling It Like It Is

  1. Exhibit Space Tabletops
    All spaces are either tabletops, 10x10' or 10x20'. The exhibit area is carpeted. Each tabletop booth includes one 6' draped table, two side chairs and one wastebasket. Each 10x10' and 10x20' booth contains a 3' side wall and 8' back wall. Displays must be contained within your allotted space. The height limit is 8 feet.
  2. Exhibitor Badges
    An Official Exhibitor Badge Order Form is included with this kit and is due by the deadline indicated on the form. Exhibiting companies are entitled to 4 complimentary badges per tabletop or 10x10' booth and 8 complimentary badges per 10x20' booth. Additional badges may be purchased for $300 each. Any names submitted after the deadline indicated on the form will be processed on-site at the exhibitor registration desk. To register for an exhibitor badge on-site, exhibitor personnel must present a business card showing that they are an employee or affiliate of an exhibiting company.
  3. Exhibit Hall Storage
    Storage stickers will be available at the GES Service Desk. The stickers must mark all containers to be stored and returned at the close of the exhibits. Any exhibit that is not unpacked by the end of the setup time will be put in storage and can be returned only after the exhibits close on the first day the exhibit hall is opened. Containers or skids without GES storage stickers will be considered refuse and will be disposed of. Crates, boxes and cartons may not be stored behind booth backgrounds. Nothing of value should be left in crates that are going to storage. After returning crates at the close of the show, the decorator will provide a bill-of-lading, shipping labels and clerical assistance in preparing the forms for outbound shipment.
  4. Outbound Shipping
    Any items that need to be shipped out from the show must be packaged and labeled. GES is the official decorator/drayage company with the responsibility of unloading, delivery, reloading, and processing all exhibitors shipments. All outbound shipping must be prepaid. Further information will be included in the Exhibitor Services Kit which will be sent electronically 90 days prior to the meeting.
  5. Hotel Rooms
    The hotel reservation deadline is January 19, 2022 at 5:00 pm or earlier if room block sells out. A special block of rooms has been secured at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek at the room rate of $279. These are competitive room rates and sell out fast. We encourage you to book as early as possible.
