Registration Fees

Registration includes all program sessions (breakfast/lunch/afternoon/sunset seminars, general sessions, exhibit hall breaks, workshops, banyan trees) and all program materials (program book, meeting app, etc.). The only additional charge is for the luau.

GROUP DISCOUNTS: Register at least three people from your practice and receive the Practice Plan discount. All staff must be from the same practice and one physician must register with the group to qualify for the group rate.

Registration Refunds: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to registration@contactAMS.com. For meeting registration, submit prior to January 3, 2019 and there will be a $200 service charge retained for physician refund requests and $100 for all other registration categories.
