  1. Exhibit Space Tabletops
    All spaces are either 8x10’ or 8x20’. The exhibit area is carpeted and each space includes a 3 foot side wall and 8 foot back wall. Displays must be contained within your allotted space. The height limit is 8 foot.
  2. Exhibitor Badges
    An Official Exhibitor Badge Order Form will be included with this kit and is due February 28, 2019. Exhibiting companies are entitled to 4 complimentary badges per 8x10’ booth. Additional badges may be purchased for $550 each. Any names submitted after February 28, 2019 will be processed on-site at the exhibitor registration desk. To register for an exhibitor badge on-site, exhibitor personnel must present a business card showing that they are an employee or affiliate of an exhibiting company.
  3. Mailing Lists
    As an exhibitor, you are entitled to one complimentary attendee pre-registration mailing list and one complimentary post-show final attendee mailing list. The lists are supplied electronically. Please complete the enclosed Request for Registrant File and the Mailing Lists Agreement form and return them to my attention by February 21, 2019. To receive the post-show final attendee list, exhibitors must also complete the exhibitor evaluation and return to my attention. Evaluations will be distributed onsite.
  4. Exhibit Hall Storage
    Storage stickers will be available at the GRS Service Desk. The stickers must mark all containers to be stored and returned at the close of the exhibits. Any exhibit that is not unpacked by the end of the setup time will be put in storage and can be returned only after the exhibits close on the first day the exhibit hall is opened. Containers or skids without GRS storage stickers will be considered refuse and will be disposed of. Crates, boxes and cartons may not be stored behind booth backgrounds. Nothing of value should be left in crates that are going to storage. After returning crates at the close of the show, the decorator will provide a bill-of-lading, shipping labels and clerical assistance in preparing the forms for outbound shipment.
  5. Outbound Shipping
    Any items that need to be shipped out from the show must be packaged and labeled. GRS is the official decorator/drayage company with the responsibility of unloading, delivery, reloading, and processing all exhibitors shipments. All outbound shipping must be prepaid. Further information will be included in the Exhibitor Services Kit which will be sent electronically 90 days prior to the meeting.
  6. Hotel Rooms
    The hotel reservation deadline is February 26, 2019 at 5:00 pm ET or earlier if room block sells out. A special block of rooms has been secured at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Hotel at the room rate of $323. These are competitive room rates and sell out fast.
