Four exhibit badges will be available to your company in order to staff the booth.

Send us your printed piece and we’ll place in the meeting bag given to all attendees at check-in.
Digital Billboard (corporate or product branding allowed)
Design your own graphic and submit the art to us to display on a monitor prominently placed in the exhibit area.
A list of all exhibitor/sponsor logos will be sent from the meeting to the attendee pre-registration list.
Program Book Listing
All exhibitors/sponsors will be listed on a page inside the program book available for free to all attendees. The page will include each company name, logo, 100-word description and contact information.
Meeting App Listing
All exhibitors/sponsors will be listed on the meeting app, which is available for free to all attendees. You can include your company name, logo, 100-word description and contact information.
Digital Sign Listing
A list of all exhibitor/sponsor logos will be included on a digital sign prominently positioned in the meeting space.

A 50% deposit must accompany the space reservation form. Full payment of exhibit space is due 90 days prior to the meeting. An invoice will be mailed 30 days prior to the due date. Our Federal ID number is #30-0747466
