Priority Code Discount: Code must be entered at time of registration (no refunds on past purchases).
Meeting Registration Fee: Includes all sessions and materials within your program; there are no additional fees to attend any portion of the educational programs.
Registration Refunds: Requests for refunds must be submitted writing to registration@HealioLive.com by 4/26/24 and a $200 service charge will be retained for physician and corporate requests and $50 for residents; requests received after this date will be ineligible for refunds.
