Billing Information

• Guarantee: A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
• Room Tax: Room rates listed above do not include 13% tax per room/per night.
• At time of booking: A one-night deposit will be taken. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit 1 night's room and tax. In the event the meeting is canceled, you will receive a 100% refund on your room deposit and nightly rate.

Additional Fees (subject to change)

• Resort Fee: A daily resort fee of $35 plus tax will be charged per room/per night; this fee includes high speed internet access, 2 welcome drinks per stay, 2 beach umbrellas daily, 1-hour rental per day for both guests of non-motorized water sport equipment, 2 fitness classes per day, 1-hour tennis per stay including rackets and both guests will receive 1-hour snorkeling gear rental per day.
• Bell Stand/Bag Pull: A round trip bag pull is $10 per person, $5 one way.
• Parking: Should you arrive to the hotel via personal car, then self-parking will be $39 per car/per day or Valet Parking will be $43 per car/per day.

• Reservation Modifications: Accepted within 72 hours of arrival (please contact the hotel directly).
• Reservation Cancellation: Accepted within 72 hours of arrival and will forfeit 1 night's room and tax; no refund will be given for cancellations received with less than 72 hours' notice (please contact the hotel directly).
