Forgot Password

Click Forgot your Password. A temporary password will be emailed to you. Once you are logged in, you can go to My Account and click Update My Profile to change your password.

Invalid Password

The password may have not been entered correctly. Re-enter the password and try again.

Passwords are case sensitive. Check that “Caps Lock” is not on. Or click Forgot your Password. A temporary password will be emailed to you. Once you are logged in, you can go to My Account and click Update My Profile to change your password.

Temporary Password not received

Requests for a temporary password through the Forgot your Password page are sent via email from
no-reply@healio.com
, with the subject “Healio Password Recovery”.  If you have not received a temporary password within a few minutes after your request, check your spam or junk email folders and add the email address no-reply@healio.com to your safe sender list.

If you still have not received an email message with a temporary password, contact Customer Service at
1-800-257-8290 or customerservice@slackinc.com.

The email could not be found in our system. Please check the email address and try again. Or, click Register to create a new account.

Will not accept my email address

Please verify you have entered the correct email and try again.

Or, an email address may be associated with an account that already exists. In this instance, please click Register to create a new account with a different email address.
