IDF, Eli Lilly launch second phase of international diabetes prevention initiative

The International Diabetes Federation and Eli Lilly are launching the second phase of a program to help people with diabetes effectively manage their disease, according to a press release.

The second iteration of the Bringing Research in Diabetes to Global Environments and Systems program (BRIDGES 2) will implement diabetes prevention interventions internationally, building on the initial phase, which operated from 2007 to 2015.
