Infarcts and Ischemia ECG 13

  1. Normal sinus rhythm
  2. Anterior myocardial infarction
  3. Right bundle branch block

Recall that myocardial ischemia and infarctions can indeed be diagnosed in the setting of a right bundle branch block, but is more difficult with a left bundle branch block. This ECG is a good example of a clear anterior myocardial infarction with a right bundle branch block.
