Beginner ECG 24
- Normal sinus rhythm
- Wolff-Parkinson-White Type B with inferior pseudoinfarction pattern
- Left axis deviation
This WPW ECG shows the typical "pseudoinfarction" pattern with large inferior Q waves present. When WPW is seen on an ECG, all chamber hypertrophies, enlargements and determinations of ischemia (including old infarctions) are not able to be accurately diagnosed in most instances.
