- Atrial tachycardia
Note that the P wave is not upright in lead II (indicating that it originates at a site other than the sinus node, a.k.a. "ectopic"). Each P wave is followed by a QRS complex which is narrow (supraventricular in origin). Click below for a detalied review of ECG findings in ectopic atrial rhythms.
