All ECG 28
- Atrial tachycardia with 2:1 conduction
- Non-specific ST-T wave abnormalities
- Poor R wave progression
- Consider digoxin toxicity
Atrial tachycardia occurs when a focus in the atrium outside the AV node fires rapidly causing increased ventricular heart rates. When conducting in a 2:1 ratio like on this ECG, digoxin toxicity should be considered as this is a common finding in this setting.
