A 51 year old male with no significant past medical history presents to his primary care physician with a chief complain of intermittent palpitations for a couple months now almost constant. He denies any chest pains, dizziness, or syncope. His blood pressure is 120/80, pulse 40, respirations 12, oxygen saturations are normal. Laboratory studies including electrolytes are normal.
