A 81 year old female with a history of hypertension and dyslipidemia presents to the emergency department with chest pain, nausea and vomiting. She just became quite dizzy as well and almost passed out. Her blood pressure is 100/60, heart rate 30, respirations 20, and oxygen saturation 95% on room air. Physical examination reveals a bradycardic, regular rhythm, cannon A waves in the jugular venous pulsations, and no murmurs. Her electrolytes are normal. Her ECG is below. What are the ECG findings?
