ECG Case #31 - Question #1 Answer

The ECG findings include:

1. Normal sinus rhythm

2. Incomplete right bundle branch block

3. Prominent "epsilon waves" just after the QRS complex in lead V1 and V2 consistent with the diagnosis of arrythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia (ARVD)

4. Diffuse ST and T wave abnormalities - differential diagnosis includes ischemia however given likelihood of ARVD, these changes are most likely related to repolarization abnormalities inherent to the disease
