The ECG findings include:
1. Normal sinus rhythm with a 1st degree AV block (PR interval is prolonged).
2. A non-specific intraventricular conduction delay (IVCD) is present. This occurs in the presence of a widened QRS complex (> 120 ms) that does not meet right or left bundle branch block criteria.
3. Peaked T waves.
4. Low amplitude P waves.
5. ST depression in V4-V6, I, II, and aVL.
These findings are consistent with hyperkalemia (elevated potassium levels).
