Geoffrey R. Keyes elected president-elect of The Rhinoplasty Society

Geoffrey R. Keyes, MD, FACS, has been elected president-elect of The Rhinoplasty Society for the upcoming term.

The society is an international nonprofit dedicated to providing an educational, informative and collaborative resource consisting of surgeons who specialize in rhinoplasty.

Keyes will follow O. Onur Erol, MD, who practices and teaches in Istanbul.

Keyes will continue ongoing efforts in providing educational meetings and resources about rhinoplasty to surgeons who desire to focus on the art and science of techniques worldwide, according to the press release.

Keyes joined the Rhinoplasty Society in its inaugural year in 1996 and most recently served as vice president of the society from 2014-2015.

Keyes has also held other leadership positions at The California Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Los Angeles Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Aesthetic Society Education and Research Foundation and the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities.
