The University of Michigan Orthotics and Prosthetics Center Residency Program welcomed four new residency students, according to a press release.
Kinsey Herrin received her Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Georgia and her Master’s degree in prosthetics and orthotics at the Georgia Institute of Technology. For the past year, she worked as a certified orthotist and completed her orthotic residency at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
Jessica Smith-Armstrong received a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She earned her Master’s degree in prosthetics and orthotics from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Alicia Foster received a Bachelor’s degree in exercise sport science from Oregon State University and a Master’s degree in biokinesiology from the University of Southern California. She is a graduate from the prosthetics and orthotics program at California State University, Dominguez Hills.
Marina Musicus received a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical and biomedical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and received her Master’s degree in prosthetics and orthotics from Georgia Institute of Technology.
