Additive Orthopaedics receives FDA 510(k) clearance for locking lattice plating system

Additive Orthopaedics LLC has received FDA 510(k) clearance for its 3D locking lattice plating system for the stabilization and fusion of fractures, osteotomies and arthrodesis of small bones, according to a company release.

“This clearance for these plates is significant for limb salvage, complex osteotomy, and implant revision patients because it truly provides the surgeon tremendous intra-operative flexibility by working in conjunction with our previously cleared 3D printed bone segments,” Greg Kowalczyk, told Healio.com/Orthopedics.
