Stryker announces platform to educate, navigate patients through joint replacement care

Stryker’s Performance Solutions business unit announced JointCOACH, a digital patient engagement and education platform aimed to improve the overall delivery of care and experience of patients undergoing joint replacement surgery.

According to a company press release, the new platform will be available through Stryker’s Destination Centers of Superior Performance offering, which includes more than 270 U.S. hospitals that have implemented care redesign programs for these patients.
