Benvenue launches vetebral augmentation system in US

Benvenue Medical Inc. announced the launch of its Blazer Vertebral Augmentation System for vertebral compression fractures in the United States.

According to a company press release, the Blazer is designed for spine specialists to mechanically create cavities through multiple channels in the vertebral body to direct the flow of bone cement for greater predictability and control in vertebral augmentation procedures. The vertebral augmentation system is Benvenue’s first clinical product to be launched in the United States.
