Abstract
A 1-month-old male infant was referred due to a right superomedial periorbital swelling that had developed 1 week ago. He was a healthy, full-term infant. Results of systemic examination were normal. The lesion was soft and cystic with a diameter of approximately 2.5 cm. He was not in pain on touch. Both eyes were normal.
