Requires a Master’s in epidemiology, at least 2 years experience in Infection Prevention and Certified Infection Control (CIC). High-level skills in biostatics and data analysis with superior knowledge of and experience in infection prevention and control surveillance systems, including data mining systems. Monitors infectious disease trends at AH facilities, identifies unusual patterns, and works with site-based departments on improvement opportunities.

BC/BE Infectious Disease physician needed for private practice group, Knoxville Infectious Disease Consultants. Group of four physicians follows patients in several downtown Knoxville hospitals and also offers outpatient services. New physician will follow patients at the new - opened in August, 2008 - St. Mary's North Medical Center. Opportunity is salaried to partnership. Excellent benefits, malpractice and CME.
